Should Salford win the chance to host the championships, there will be a wealth of opportunities for local people to get involved and have a real hands on experience of this high-profile, international event.

Hundreds of athletes from across the globe will gather in Salford should the bid be successful and many would love the opportunity to get a taste of real city life by staying in the home of one of our homestay volunteers!
